Project Brief

DriveTrack required a dedicated platform to manage vehicle logistics operations and provide a scalable foundation for growth.

Vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver coordination were previously handled through spreadsheets and disconnected tools. As operations expanded, maintaining oversight of jobs, drivers, and billing became increasingly difficult.

The goal was to design and build a complete platform from the ground up that could manage vehicle movements, streamline operational workflows, and provide a clear public-facing website introducing the product.

What We Built

• Designed and developed the DriveTrack marketing website using Next.js to present the platform and explain its capabilities.
• Built a multi-tenant web application to manage vehicle collections, deliveries, driver activity, and operational workflows.
• Developed a companion React Native mobile application for iOS and Android, allowing drivers to receive jobs, upload inspection media, capture signatures, and update job progress.
• Implemented structured workflows and role-based access controls for administrators, dispatch teams, and drivers.
• Developed integrated billing and invoicing functionality to support operational and financial processes.
• Architected the platform to support multiple logistics operators running independent environments within the same system.

Result

• Vehicle logistics operations moved from fragmented manual processes to a structured digital platform.
• Dispatch teams gained clear visibility over job activity, vehicle movements, and driver progress.
• Drivers were able to receive and complete work through a dedicated mobile application.
• Administrative processes such as job tracking and invoicing became more consistent and easier to manage.
• The marketing website provides a clear introduction to the platform and supports ongoing product growth.
